Before begin any design we will need existing styleguides, logos, stock images, copy or video content you can share that we can use in your new site or app design.

For large scale projects we will first create the necessary flowcharts, to plan out the detail of the app or site which will then be converted into an interactive prototype for dev

We send you a link to look at an early version of your design. We share feedback via phone or emails and incorporate changes you may have.

For websites and apps we offer 24/7 support. We will be here if you need us to make any changes.
It really all depends on what you are looking for. Assuming you have all the text, images and other media ready, a simple site, app or landing page can launch in 3 days or less. More complex sites or apps with admin systems and e-stores can take months. After we had our initial discovery call to learn about your project will be able to provide you with a much more accurate time-line. Much of this also depends on how effective overall communication is. For best results we employ an agile approach and prefer to work fast to keep the momentum going
In general app design is slightly less complex than web design. Designers don't have to have worry about responsive design since most phones now share the same vertical screen space, making the content layout a little faster. However, native app development can take a lot longer to complete than web development. And having both an iOS and Android app will slow that process down even further. So while the design and prototyping is a pretty smooth process, converting all that over to code, can take a while.
Absolutely. If you are familiar with HTML or want us to create a CMS for you (Content Management System) to manage your own site, you can definitely take over the code and host it on your own server. All our sites include free hosting and email for the first year anyway, and is only charged at $15.00/month thereafter. It's your intellectual property and you can do what you want with it
We require 50% upfront and 50% on final delivery. Due to the competitive rates offered we are not able to provide monthly payment plans. However, on higher priced sites we will typically break the project up into delivery phases where you pay per milestone instead of the full 50% upfront.
